All
clients who train at the Performance Institute must undergo a one
on one assessment that measures the following:
- POSTURE & FLEXIBILITY
- STRENGTH
- AEROBIC& ANAEROBIC CONDITIONING
- AGILITY & SPEED
- BODY COMPOSITION
- POWER
By
comparing your individual strengths and weaknesses to the demands
of your sport or personal goals, we will recommend either personal
training or group training so you can achieve your goals as quickly
and safely as possible.

Training
formats
Group
Training
Trainers
work with up to 5 athletes at a time during
a
group training session, however, each client still receives their
own individualized programming. Group training gives you the benefit
of a motivational group environment, but at a more economical price
option compared to personal training.
Personal
Training 
This
option is recommended for athletes who thrive on
undivided individual attention, or to those new to
exercise and who are anxious about starting out. Personal training
is also an excellent option for those recovering from a recent injury.
