Group Training
The Performance Institute prides itself on the atmosphere we create for our clients in group training sessions. Though trainers may work with up to 5 athletes at a time during a group training session, each client still receives individualized programming. Clients who choose group training get the benefit of a motivational group environment, plus, group training gives clients an economical option to personal training.

Group Training Rates

Personal Training
For clients who prefer to work one on one with a trainer, The Performance Institute also offers personal training. In personal training, your trainer will be 100% focused on you over the duration of your training session. Personal Training might be the best option for you if you are an athlete who thrives under the undivided attention and motivation from your trainer, if you are brand new to exercise and are intimidated about starting out, or if you are recovering from a recent injury.
