Program Schedule and Details
This program is available beginning November 1st
and is designed to take progress each individual player through the winter months, improving on specific golf related fitness factors in preparation for the spring.
Depending on your tournament schedule for the Spring and Summer of 2011, we will need to customize each player's progression to ensure their results are delivered just in time for their most important tournaments. As each individual will have different goals and schedules it
is highly reccomended that you consult with us in advance so we can outline an ideal progression
to fit your timeline.
If you are a serious competitive player and are willing to make this commitment, we reccomend that you consider the full program design of 6 months of training 4 days per week. In exchange to this commitment to us for your off-season we are offering a limited full package discount.
Our regular rate for group training is $33 per session, however this program will be available for only $25 per session, plus the cost of the TPI Assessment.

TPI Golf Fitness Assessment: $150
This assessment protocol was developed by the Titlist Performance Institute specifically for golf. This process has been used by professionals including Camillo Villegas, Padraig Harrington, Ian Poulter, and many more PGA players. During this assessment you will go through a series of mobility and stability tests to see how your body moves through the golf swing. From there, we pin point areas that are restricting you from achieving your performance on the golf course, explain why, and how we can eliminate these issues to not only prevent
future injury, but make your golf swing more powerful and consistent.
TPI Golf Fitness Assessment + Exercise Program Set-up: $310
(2) 1-on- 1 Sessions
This option allows you to work out independently at your convenience. After the initial assessment we will build a customized 4 to 6 week training program which includes:
- Pre-workout dynamic stretching to prepare you both physiologically as well as psychologically for your workout, practice, or game in the safest, most effective way possible
- Golf Specific strength training based on your assessment to help improve your strength, balance, posture, and mobility
- Disassociation drills to help you separate your shoulder turn from your hip turn, increasing your coil, and increasing your power
- Post-workout static stretching to help improve flexibility which will help you move through the golf swing properly while reducing stress on your joints
- Follow up programs are also available. At the end of your program we will check your progress, and build a new program to keep you motivated, improving, and moving toward your goals.
