At any level of competition, athletes must possess the right physical tools in order to compete at the next level. Athletes who have the desire and dedication to excel will greatly benefit from a systematic performance-training program. At the Performance Institute, our program not only challenges athletes physically, but also builds a foundation for success at each level of sport development.

Our Field Sports programs include a well-rounded Strength and Conditioning package. Our athletic development system includes:

  • Running Technique and Speed Training
  • Core Strength
  • Sport Specific Strength
  • Balance and Coordination
  • Cardiovascular Conditioning
  • Flexibility and Regeneration
  • Our small group environment promotes camaraderie and spirited competition, but more importantly, focuses on the athletes’ overall physical development and performance improvement. Being in an atmosphere where elite and professional athletes train, our young athletes are inspired, develop responsibility, cooperation and respect for themselves and others.
