and muscle endurance, while maintaining your strength. This phase, entitled,
Vascularity, essentially means losing some of that excess body fat to reveal your
jacked physique underneath. Once again we’re going to ask your body to keep on
guessing what you’re throwing at it, forcing it to make changes for the better.
