Phase 1 - Hypertrophy

Hypertrophy is the process of muscle growth and an increase in size. This initial phase will help develop your tolerance for work capacity. There is a lot of volume each week, so it is essential to incorporate the proposed recovery techniques.

Phase 2 - Hypertrophy 2

This second phase will utilize the additional tolerance and muscle fibre recruitment you developed in the last phase to push through some heavier loads. This system is amazing not only for physique changes, but strength development.

Phase 3 - Maximum Strength

This third phase will increase your strength and lifting horse power. This phase is called Maximum Strength, but is actually a combination of some Maximum Strength, Power and Advanced Hypertrophy Techniques to keep your body guessing. We want to maintain your gains and build on them.

Phase 4 - Vascularity

Our fourth phase will work on improving your anaerobic lactic cardiovascular system and muscle endurance, while maintaining your strength. This phase, entitled, Vascularity, essentially means losing some of that excess body fat to reveal your jacked physique underneath. Once again we’re going to ask your body to keep on guessing what you’re throwing at it, forcing it to make changes for the better.
