Our Location and Directions

Heading East on #1 Hwy
If you are coming from the Vancouver area, you can get to Performance Institute, 8-Rinks by taking the Sprott St. exit after travelling East on the #1 Highway. After exiting from the highway, turn left onto Sprott St and you will see the 8-Rinks Facility on your left hand side.

Heading West on #1 Hwy
After travelling west on the #1, take the Canada Way/Kensington Exit off the #1. Turn right onto Kensington then make a left onto Sprott St at the first set of lights. After about 300m, you will see the 8-Rinks

facility and parking lot on your right hand side.
