have been working with you at the Performance Institute in Burnaby
for a year and a half now, and I would like you to know what it
has done for me.
I
have suffered for years with cronic back problems and in the fall
of 2003 it was causing me such pain I had to visit a chiropractor.
I decided then that I would invest more time and energy into my
health and body. I began working on my program with you in Nov.
2003.
I
have been for most of my life an avid and competitive golfer.
I
could no longer play golf without first taking 2 Advil, and could
not play more than 2 days in a row.
After
6 months of my training program I began the 2004 golf season.
During the entire year, only once did I take an Advil and
on a number of occasions I played as many as five days in a row.
This
