OPTION 1 - Dietary Analysis and Performance Nutrition Planning

•  an analysis of your eating habits over three consecutive days

•  assessment of basic nutrient intake relative to performance goals (activity level, desire to lose/gain weight etc)

•  Personalized meal strategies to help you achieve your performance/nutrition goals

•  Set of personalized sports nutrition handouts tailored to your goals

•  Follow-up sessions at weeks 4 and 8---30 min each $40.00

 

 

OPTION 2 - Specific Nutrient Analysis and Dietary Planning

•  an analysis of your eating habits over three consecutive days

•  assessment of specific nutrient intake (Vitamins, Minerals) relative to performance goals (activity level, desire to lose/gain weight etc) and computer print-outs of:

•  personal nutrient requirements

•  3-day average nutrient intake vs nutrient requirements

•  3-day average servings from each food group

•  Body composition assessment

•  Personalized meal strategies to help you achieve your performance/nutrition goals

•  Set of personalized sports nutrition handouts tailored to your goals

•  Follow-up sessions at weeks 4 and 8---30 min each $40.00
