“Little details can make a huge difference”. While doing research on human movement I learned that paying attention to the smallest details can make a big difference. It can mean holding your balance better or falling, being pushed to your limits or underachieving. Ultimately it can mean making the team versus being cut, or as well as finishing first instead of second. Each sport has little details that can be improved by having better technical supervision and physical preparation. Even if your goals are more towards weight loss or general fitness and a healthy lifestyle, this philosophy applies to you. Little details, can mean, burning that extra pound, having more energy, sleeping better at night etc..
With my Master, I have acquired an expertise in understanding the requirement involved in different sports. It helps me plan more efficient workouts that will improve performance, get results and prevent injuries. With almost 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have learned to motivate people to exceed their goals and make them feel proud of themselves.
